In Sweden, you can hike freely in the forest and nature, but not enter private plots.

Bathroom with shower. The apartment is located in the basement of a villa with lower ceiling height than a basement. The apartment is left cleaned.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
