A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. In the house, I live with my two children and we may meet in the shared laundry room. Otherwise, as a guest, you can be completely on your own. With access to your own patio surrounded by greenery but still only a 10-minute walk to town.

Our house is situated about 2 min from the bus stop, 20 min walk to city Center ( through park, Ramna Parken), We have 2 very nice lakes within a 10 min walk and a grocery store close by. You are free to use the yard tjat is shared with possibility to barbecue if the weather is nice. The house is quite close to the highway, but it is a quiet and nice neighbourhood, so hopefully this shouldn’t bother you.
