The cottage is about 30 sqm and is about 1 km away from the public swimming area, a couple of minutes walk from the lake and with a 20-minute walk to the nature reserve Kröklings hage and Mölarps mill.

The house is quite close to the highway, but it is a quiet and nice neighbourhood, so hopefully this shouldn’t bother you.
