The cottage is about 30 sqm and is about 1 km away from the public swimming area, a couple of minutes walk from the lake and with a 20-minute walk to the nature reserve Kröklings hage and Mölarps mill.

The property is about 130 sqm with 3 rooms, toilet with bathtub and shower and kitchen with dining area in open plan. Underfloor heating in parts of the house and a cozy wood-burning stove adjacent to the kitchen. Laundry room with washing machine. Cozy glass porch and several terraces with secluded location or lake view. An older rowing boat is available if you want to take a trip on the lake.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!
