A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. A nice little house in the countryside perfect for 2 people with 1 child. The house is located with forest, mushrooms, berries and lake around the corner. Fishing licences are purchased on site; a boat is available for hire at SEK 200 per day. Proximity to ski and activity facilities. Possibility to rent a wood-fired hot tub for 2 days, SEK 1000. The house is adjacent to our residential house with access to a large garden with free-range chickens. We are welcoming and happy to provide information.

The apartment is idyllic, close to forest with berries and mushrooms. Wonderful walking opportunities in the forest. 400 meters to Stora and Lilla Munsjöarna with swimming area and fishing. It is 50 km to Gothenburg, 40 km to Borås, 10 km to 18-hole golf course. 5 km to the beautiful wooden town Alingsås. Bedroom for 2 people in bed and 2 people in sofa bed. No smoking. Dogs are allowed. The apartment is on the second floor, no elevator.
