Bathroom with shower. The apartment is located in the entrance/basement of a villa with lower ceiling height as a basement. The apartment is left cleaned.

In this one-bedroom apartment, you'll find everything you need to enjoy yourself for a night, a few days or why not a week. In the house, I live with my two children and we may meet in the shared laundry room. Otherwise, as a guest, you can be completely on your own. With access to a private patio surrounded by greenery but still only a 10-minute walk to town.

Offers beautiful views and sunset with a dock on the property. (The dock is available from first weekend in May until third weekend in September.) Possibility to rent boat, kayaks and paddle boards available. The area offers nice hiking trails through forest and around the lake with stunning views.

The Perfect cozy basement apartment for your stay in Borås. Our house is situated about 2 min from the bus stop, 20 min walk to city Center ( through park, Ramna Parken), We have 2 very nice lakes within a 10 min walk and a grocery store close by. You are free to use the yard tjat is shared with possibility to barbecue if the weather is nice. The house is quite close to the highway, but it is a quiet and nice neighbourhood, so hopefully this shouldn’t bother you.
