You are literally somewhat "above it all", with privacy and tranquillity, yet in the middle of village life. 2 bedrooms, living room, open kitchen, shower room & large terrace with pergola. The Atico is its own building on the roof of a beautiful villa. Access via separate external stairs. Stylishly furnished. Ideal for 3 people, 4 people easily possible. The special thing about this accommodation is the private and personal seclusion, although you are in the middle of the Bario. It's like an eagle's nest with a wide panoramic view. In the sunshine (almost always), the large sun terrace expands the living room & breakfast and is happy to be relaxed under the open air. The entire Atico / penthouse is at guests' disposal, in addition the large terrace and the small laundry house with its own washing machine on the terrace. You are very undisturbed and have a lot of privacy. Since I am abroad myself (so not on site), it may be that the key is accommodated in the key safe to receive. A contact person is always on site if needed. Optionally, up to max. 4 bikes that are otherwise quite expensive in the rental at the bike shop. From approx. April 24, a house will be built on the neighboring property and, depending on the construction phase, there may be typical disturbances such as noise.

The house is a 5 minute walk up from public parking. It is well equipped for a wonderful stay. Not suitable for toddlers no wheelchair access.
