Apartment completely renovated in 2023. Quiet accommodation and close to public transportation. By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and you can reach various destinations, see the TPER website

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. Dista circa 20 minuti dal casello autostradale di Reggiolo/Rolo e dal casello di Pegognaga, circa 25 minuti da quello di Reggio Emilia. Per chi viaggia in aereo dista ad un'ora dall'aeroporto di Bologna e Verona.

The house consists of two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two bunk beds, a living room, a living room/studio, two bathrooms, kitchen, a laundry room and a small cellar.
