Cascina Distrutta is a really charming accommodation, well furnished and complete with everything. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, large bathrooms with recent sanitary ware, fireplaces that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the point of forgetting the TV. Marta has always responded quickly and has always been available for any need. For complete information, I leave some additional information that I had initially misunderstood for the benefit of those who will come to stay in the near future: the quadruple in the attic and a double room have the independent bathroom, the other two double rooms have the shared bathroom connected by an antechamber with communicating doors. The sauna (when I am writing this text) costs 30 euros per day and needs the opening and early ignition by the neighbor. A wood box for the fireplace always available from the neighbor costs 10 euros, the soap present in the bathrooms is only the washing machine without shampoo/shower

We were very happy with our stay with Marco and Roberta. They were always available for questions and made our stay as pleasant as possible. Marco picked us up from the train station upon arrival and drove us back on our departure. The Airbnb is beautifully located – the pictures don't deceive! A big plus also for the quiet surroundings as well as the completely darkened rooms – our children have slept as long as they have not been in ages. Only the kitchen could be a little better equipped (for people who like to cook). Many thanks for the nice days in Alassio and next time.

Thank you Dario for a relaxing holiday week! Thanks to the super working heating, it was always warm and cozy in the apartment. Despite the rain, we were able to enjoy the view of the sea from the covered terrace. Hikes and excursions to the hinterland are recommended.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Civezza is a nice, quaint, old town, about 6 minutes by car from the nearest beach. The apartment has a very beautiful terrace overlooking the Ligurian hills and mountains, and thanks to the olive tree (and an umbrella) there is shade from morning to evening. The apartment has its own entrance on the terrace side; the house is probably at least a hundred years old (like the rest of Civezza) but very nicely updated with all facilities (dishwasher, washing machine, TV, etc) and with all amenities nearby (grocery, restaurant, parking place, etc.). The owner was very helpful and gave us a lot of suggestions for what we wanted to do.

My husband, our dog Gina spent the days between Christmas and New Year's Eve in this magical place. Immersed in the silence of nature, we lived in total relaxation for 5 days between walks with Gina, readings and excursions to nearby villages where we found very good restaurants. The house is beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos. Very bright, warm and equipped with every comfort. Jessica immediately made herself available for any need. There was no need because her home has everything it needs to be a little slice of heaven! We left, with the desire to return as soon as possible.

Wonderful home in a small village that looks like a nativity scene!! Wonderful and very evocative house, beautiful garden and enchanting surroundings: this is the perfect home to relax and regenerate in the middle of greenery a few steps from the sea! In my modest opinion, an excellent location to satisfy all the tastes of vacation. Beautiful architecture of the house, a historic home full of charm, I think it is the beginning of the resurrection of the entire farmhouse, really beautiful!! we'll definitely be back 🤩

The apartment of Andrea is in a old building. The furniture is old too but everything is functional and clean. The neighborhood is quiet, the terrace is big with a nice view. We enjoyed our stay there. For the price it was OK.

We had a wonderful stay at Gabriela and Werner's, we felt at home! Everything was superbly furnished, well equipped, very clean and of high quality. The location and views are breathtaking, the complex itself is fantastic. Above all, the wonderful hosts, their hospitality and willingness to make our vacation a real experience are to be highlighted. after we worked our xl-bus to sant'agata, we were received very warmly. Patrizia quickly showed us everything, after that we were able to enjoy the great facility and the pool. villa angela is super well maintained and has fantastic views to the sea due to the height location, if it is not too much on the coast. Because we were there all alone, we had the nature and the great location for the 5 of us family exclusively. If all apartments are occupied, you certainly have to take more considerations, but everyone always finds plenty of space to relax. We will be back to rest. We will be back!!!

Enrico was incredibly friendly and accommodating! The view from the terrace to the sea and the olive groves were beautiful. Everything was clean and as described! We had a very good time and highly recommend it.

We had a great time in this house: warm welcome; beautiful house, spacious and very clean, equipped with different comforts such as the pool, the bathtub, a well-stocked kitchen and many outdoor areas including a nice terrace. The only flaws are the broken wifi, perhaps due to a temporary problem (but which can be solved peacefully with the personal mobile network) and the cinema room with the boxes that did not connect (perhaps due to our inability), but they are things that have not particularly affected our stay, being often out of the house. Anyway, a great experience that in summer could have even more potential with a better climate and a warmer pool!

the house really is not missing anything, clean, essential, simple but equipped with everything you need . The terrace outside with a nice view. The parking for the car is inside the courtyard, very comfortable. The house is connected to the village with a steep but short climb. In 10 minutes you can reach the sea to consider if you have motor problems. I spent a weekend of true relaxation given also by the really quiet area

Clean and tidy house in all its parts. House as big as in the photos. There were 7 of us, including 3 children, and we had a great time. Very quiet area. Graziella is very kind and helpful both before check-in and until the end of check-out. Highly recommended!

A highlight of the house: the location is fantastic especially for those with children, surrounded by shops (a few meters away from excellent fresh pasta, mini market, ice cream parlors, bars) and adjacent to the ZTL, so safe to leave the house with the children as it lacks traffic. The beach and playground are steps away. The accommodation is comfortable for two adults and two children. The bed and sofa bed are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the host also found some breakfast products and a few bags of condiments so you don't have to shop right away. The elevator is also convenient if you move with a (small) stroller. The description of the apartment and surroundings match the description, and contacts with the host were quick and efficient. Only sore note:the floor should be cleaned more thoroughly because it left my feet black (and I ran the broom several times a day). But we were really satisfied and will definitely be back
