Parcheggio interno per due auto, doccia e lavanderia esterne. Servizi come ristorante, supermercato, macelleria, frutteria ecc... sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi, circa 200 metri. Tramite la spiaggia potrete facilmente raggiungere il campeggio che dista soltanto 100 metri, dove troverete animazione e musica per tutta la famiglia. L'ampia spiaggia vi garantirà riservatezza e tranquillità nelle splendide acque cristalline del Circeo. Inoltre a soli 10 minuti di auto, troverete i porti di Terracina e di San Felice per raggiungere facilmente le isole pontine. Villa Leo attende voi ed anche i vostri amici a 4 zampe.

Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
