Beautiful location. Very friendly and responsive host. Many historic towns a short drive away. Home is very comfortable and spacious. A must visit!

Beautifull villa with a beautufull view. comfy rooms and nice annex if you have a toddler that you dont want disturbing the other guests.

Nice and clean apartment with a shopping street on one side with nice restaurants and delicious bakeries and sandwich shops and the sea and the beach on the other. Super nice terrace with lovely in the morning the sun that stays well into the afternoon and views of the sea. Very nice host Marco who responds directly to questions and gives good tips. Luggage was allowed to stay a little longer after check out and we were also allowed to check in a little earlier. We had a lovely stay!! Top location.

What a pleasure to be so close to the sea, the view was superb from the beach. We ate at a great restaurant 8 minutes walk away. I would recommned this property.

I was very happy with the apartment and time spent in Molfetta and around Puglia!! The location of the apartment was great, although I was a little annoyed with the street noise (cars etc) and the loud next door neighbours (other guests I guessed) during nighttime. In the apartment was everything I needed. Only a kettle to make tea would have been great (since evenings were becoming chilly in November and the radiator was still off 😅). I didn't meet Maria in person, but she was available via messages and was very thoughtful, helpful and friendly. Thanks a lot!

Highly recommended! The flat is very modern and comfortable, one can find everything you need for a wonderful stay. The seaview is great, you can hear the waves while lying in bed, you can have breakfast with a sea view. Or simply sit on the couch and watch the ocean :-) Be aware of the fact that it is not possible to sit on the balcony (one could have the impression on the picture). There are small shops and very nice restaurants nearby. Martin is very friendly and helpful.

Location in new town on edge of old town with private parking was what got me to book this property. We walked to all places with farthest walk being 20-30 minutes to other edge of old town. Host was always responsive and local recommendations and help with booking restaurants was so valuable. Bedroom on mezzanine can get warm on a nice day but there is AC. This room also is next to street so street noise can be heard for light sleepers. Second bedroom is cooler and quieter. Really enjoyed our stay in the spacious home.

We spent a weekend in Matera. We are very satisfied with the very nice accommodation, great location near the stone area, very kind and helpful host.

Vittoria is so welcoming and kind! She gave us so much great information on what to see and where to go during our check in! She also left us a wonderful bottle of wine with two glasses, set out so nicely on the dining table. The apartment is so unique, and even though it is VERY close to the harbor and a lot of restaurants and things to do, it is tucked away well, allowing for a good night's sleep. Also, a HUGE bonus was the comfort and size of the bed. We had been on vacation for a week, and hadn't had a good bed to sleep in, until we stayed here!! Our two nights of sound sleep were priceless!! Thank you Vittoria!!
