The house on the lake is located in the quiet fishing village of Dangast, in the immediate vicinity of the sea. It is a modern, bright house that has everything to make families with small children happy: Playmobil worlds, Kapla, countless Tonies and Schleich animals. And the adults can relax - with good coffee, the latest books, in a cosy environment. Outside the door is the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site; inside wooden floorboards, an oven, design classic and a reduced Nordic style.

The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. The Sandepark is a quiet and green holiday park about 600 m from the coast. The wide sandy beach is great for beach recreation: swimming, surfing, fishing, kite flying, blokarting and paddle boarding. In the immediate vicinity of Groote Keeten, you will find beautiful hiking and cycling routes through beautiful nature reserves.
