This is a truly cosy 27-square-metre cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29-square-metre veranda offering stunning views of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private plot (5,000 m²) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and just as close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both in summer and winter.

Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. A double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Only 200 meters to refreshing swimming in Sundbornsån. Summer time is possible to rent sup board. The village sauna by the river can be hired. Vi har renoverat vårt gårdshus med kunskap om byggnadsvård, miljö och hållbarhet. Äggoljetemperans vackra kulörer pryder väggarna och äkta linoljefärg är en självklarhet i ett hus från sent 1800-tal. Fina kakelugnar värmer skönt och köket är stort och rymligt Vintertid finns fina förutsättningar för skidåkning för längd och utförsåkning vid Romme alpin. En c:a 8 km lång skridskobana plogas på vår sjö med anslutning c:a 100 meter från gården. Huset är beläget nära städerna Falun och Borlänge.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Renting apartment. Newly built in 2019. 150 meters to Elljusspår, outdoor gym and start of Vildmarksleden. 1 km to Dössberets inn and fairytale path. About 5-10 minutes by car to Bjursås Berg and Sjö. 1,5 km walk to the ski center. 3 beds. (+2 sofa bed) Double bed, one single bed, plus two beds in sofa bed (suitable best for children).
