Annex has one bedroom, downstairs is the dine-in fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet, first floor has the lounge and third floor has the bedroom and bathroom with bath & shower. The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. Lovely 1 bedroom self contained 'posh shed' set in the beautiful Holme valley only 10 minutes walk (uphill) from Holmfirth. Ideal for walkers, bikers and explorers to rest and revive in their own space. Facilities to sleep, shower, make a brew and basic breakfast. Can sleep two singles with the help of a sofa bed and happy to accommodate well behaved dogs and provide secure lockup for bikes/gear.
