Wonderful place to stay. Central for everything in Hebden Bridge. Hosts were helpful and responded quickly to messages.

David was absolutely fantastic. Told me everything I needed to know. How to get into the apartment etc. the apartment was lovely, very clean and even better than described. Would definitely recommend

Lovely Apartment in a great location for visiting the beautiful places in the area . It had everything needed for our stay with a lot of thoughtful extras . Claire was an extremely responsive host. Parking was easy for 2 cars on the local roads and there were plenty of places to shop eat and drink nearby.

The apartment is great value for money, a short walk from the train station and in a quiet location near to shops. I would definitely stay again.

The Ticking Room proved to be an excellent choice for a few days of peace and quiet in an attractive Dales setting. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard. Warm, comfortable and well-equipped with everything a visitor might need. The village of Cononley has a couple of nice pubs and a village stores. The trains into Skipton are frequent and there are plenty of attractive villages in the area. The Ticking Room proved an excellent base for a short break. Jayne is readily available, helpful and eager to ensure her guests are comfortable and well-informed on the local facilities.

Great place to stay, Sarah and Paul were both very friendly. The space was clean and tidy, there is a private garden to sit in and Sherwood forest is only 15 minutes walk away. There are good local amenities and there is off road parking.

A fantastic weekend stay. A charming property with original features mixed with modern amenities, everything we needed. A great location for walks or a day out in Uppermill sampling the local bars and eateries. A very friendly and responsive host. We would definitely recommend and return.

This was our second time staying here and once again felt straight at home as soon as we walked in. We chose this place again because we loved it and it definitely didn’t disappoint.

With such a short notice Kiran responded to our request quickly. Information on given how to get there, sat nav will not take you direct to the property, and what was available in the local area was very useful. The accommodation was as described and extremely well presented. The whole flat was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. Matlock Bath and the area has lots to offer, to stay here with a beautiful view from the window is worth while. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Kiran.

Karl communicated well before our arrival and gave clear instructions about how to find the place. Check in was comprehensive with lots of tips for local things to do, places to eat and drink etc. Karl is super dog-friendly and our dog was made to feel very welcome - she loved the loan of the dog bed! Karl’s place is beautiful, homely and we were encouraged to explore his collections of books, games and so on. He’s thought of everything in terms of amenities, and we had an amazing, relaxing and straightforward stay. Buxton is lovely, with lots of great pubs and bars, and the property is right by the beautiful Pavilion Gardens (where the parkrun is, if you’re a runner!).

a lovely place to stay, perfect for 1 person (though would fit two people). the host very kindly messaged prior to mention they supplied milk, butter + bread, noticed I was vegan and provided alternatives! there was tea + coffee provided, plus lots of seasonings and condiments in the cupboards should you need. comfortable bed, clean + tidy space and perfect for a 3 day trip. would definitely recommend :)

Aaron is an excellent host. We stayed for a month with our dog. We were made to feel welcome from the start to the end of our visit. The accommodation is great we felt comfortable and relaxed. The location is good for shops, takeaways and not far from the city centre. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Aaron.

Great location for the Peak District! Lovely accommodation. Tony was incredibly responsive, gave good instructions on how to arrive and was helpful whenever I contacted him, you can tell a lot of thought has gone in to the space. The shower was lovely and powerful. Something that was really appreciated after the long walks. Bed was really comfortable and seemed much larger than a queen size bed, sheets were lovely and clean. Appreciated having a parking place so close to where we were staying. Views across to the reservoir were amazing, we took a walk across the road to it and they were lovely, beautiful nature walk along the reservoir just across the road. Peaks cavern only 40 minutes away and the b29 crash sight parking only a 15minute drive away. Would recommend this stay and will definitely be returning.

We had a fab 3-night stay and felt very comfortable. It was a well appointed kitchen for cooking and hosting others. Will hopefully stay again.

Lovely little holiday home . We stayed Sunday - Thursday . Kerry was lovely . Great communication any issues I just messaged Kerry . Lots of hot water very comfy beds . All kitchen things I needed to make meals. Stone flag floor in lounge kitchen so take your slippers! Very peaceful little nook. Thank you 🙏🏻

We had a wonderful stay, the view is amazing, the apartment is well equipped and comfortable with a great shower. Less than a 15 minute walk into Otley with a variety of restaurants and a large range of pubs. Great locations for exploring and Chevin Forest is on your doorstep.

This place was in an ideal location to access the Leeds city centre. The place had everything I needed for the 1 night stay. The hosts instructions were very clear. The hosts were very friendly and also provided me with some toothpaste that I had forgotten. Thank you.

Although I wasn’t able to stay in this apartment this time i am fully aware as to how beautiful it is and the prime location that it’s also in. I’m looking forward to staying here at some point very soon. Thank you for being very understanding and the great communication along the way.

Lovely flat, lovely lady who owns it. Had all the amenities and a great base to explore the surrounding area. Within walking distance of town centre and restaurants and shops. We had a great stay, thank you.

without doubt our favourite Airbnb stay ever! stunning decor, spotlessly clean, homely and beautifully kitted out with everything you'll need. super comfortable bed and lovely bedding so much to see and do in the area

The apartment was very centrally located so easy walking distance to all the local amenities. Apartment itself was great too, very clean and spacious. Great information on local restaurants and amenities provided in the welcome pack. Good communication from hosts with concise instructions for checking in and out. Quick to respond to queries too, would definitely recommend.

beautiful little peice of heaven here, everything you need for a break away from home, the views are breath taking the peace and quiet you get whilst your staying there make for the most relaxing break, Jeni and Roger are the nicest couple you will meet helpful and full of knowledge of the area, nothing is too much to ask of them. they were they to greet us when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed, they had set out some seats in the beautiful garden and showed us round. the annex was lovely and clean well set out, the bed was very comfortable with extra pillows and duvets is needed, plenty of towels also. they was also a selection a dvds and books on offer. would most definitely stay here again, if you would have us, thankyou for having us Jan & Beth xx
