Neds Cottage has been completed to the highest of standards as a new luxurious home. With the most incredible views from the hot tub, you’ll be amazed by how far you can see, Manchester skyline, the Peak District hills and Dovestone Reservoir with Saddleworth Moors - whist Saddleworth Villages lie in the valley bottom. 2 king size bedrooms both en-suite, a small double bedroom with a house bathroom opposite. Very close to shops, restaurants, pubs and public transport. 10 minutes to Manchester Airport and 20-25 minute drive to Manchester City. The apartment has 1 freshly decorated bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed. The spacious open plan living/kitchen area has a sofa bed - suitable for 2 adults, however, it is a small double bed.

Old Piggery beautiful views. Dog friendly garden.

We converted the Old Piggery over 20 years ago, and have recently done a full refurbishment. It now has a cosy snug with a sofa as well as a lounge with far-reaching views. There is an ensuite bathroom and downstairs, a shower and toilet. The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor with a king-sized, chunky farmhouse bed with an extremely comfortable mattress. The lounge area has a Laura Ashley sofa and snuggle chair positioned to take in a far-reaching views or a 43 inch TV if you prefer!
