Der er et nyt køkken og skøn gårdhave. Huset er oplagt til to familier, som ønsker at holde ferie sammen. Køkkenet rummer alt, hvad der er brug for til at lave skøn mad til hele familien. Den hyggelige gårdhave indbyder til mange timers hygge og grill. Skulle det regne er der overdækket terrasse.
