Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a house on three floors with a lovely small garden at the back. There is a spacious kitchen on the ground floor and on the first floor are the living-room (that could as well be used as a bedroom) and bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible via a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by ourselves. It is not suitable for young children under 6 years old as the stairs have no banister and there is a ladder to the top floor bedroom.

The little house on Via Pia is a small historic house from 1880, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
