Holiday rentals with a kayak in Boston

This place was quite a find. Well maintained, modern, beautifully decorated, spacious, and in a great location feet from the beach and ocean. Also easily accessible to downtown Scituate. It was exactly as described. It will definitely be our first option should we return to the area.

Tommy was great. He was easy to contact and communicated wonderfully. The house was set up for a guest with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture and beds were so comfortable as well as the welcoming feel. Plenty of spacious rooms. Even spaces you could have alone time. When they described the house on the ocean, it really is. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Hope to rent it again next year. I can’t say enough on how comfortable the house is. This place is a gem!! It sits in a super quiet neighborhood and close to Alewife metro station for trips into Boston. The house was perfect for our family of 6 (4 teenagers). The house was quaint, clean, and spacious enough for all us to feel like home for a few days. Aimee was super helpful in providing local recommendations for groceries and restaurants. She was also very proactive in checking in with us to see if we needed anything. Super host!! If you are traveling to Boston, this is a fantastic place to stay. Definitely would stay here again if we return at any point.

We came in the early off-season and really enjoyed our stay. The beachfront property has amazing views of the ocean and a small beach that felt very private! Neighbors were nice too. It’s outside of a small town with only a 15min drive to a grocery store. We walked down to The Point restaurant, which was great! Important information for pet owners: while the home allows pets, there are clear rules once inside the home that no pets are allowed upstairs, which is where 2 bedrooms, the great views and living space are located. Also, no pets are allowed on furniture, including beds. This posed a bit of a challenge since we weren’t expecting it and our small dog is used to being on furniture. The neighbors also mentioned that coyotes frequently walk the perimeter of the beachfront properties, so be extra attentive at night! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come again!!

We had a great time in scituate getting together with friends. The house was clean, and comfortable for the 8 of us. Celie was quick with communication / check in was very easy.

I booked the Royal Suite for a friend visiting from England. She felt very comfortable there, and the beauty of the home and specifically the property is amazing. I am sad to see the owners have the property for sale, as I love knowing they are animal lovers and clearly love the Swan, Willow, who resides on the river bank, and take great care of the house and gardens. Wishing them luck in whatever endeavor they choose next. I hope the new owners consider keeping the suites on Airbnb, since there's nothing like it in the area. It's exceptionally beautiful and special.

The property was stunning and impeccably clean, matching the description perfectly. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenient location with a trail to see horses and access to the lake. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we are looking forward to returning with our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide garage access to the house for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs, as the pathway, although beautiful, was quite lengthy for my elderly parents. Nonetheless, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

Beautiful home! My family felt right at home. Kitchen had everything we needed and had toys and games for all ages. Antionette was very responsive to any questions and wrote back right away. Location was ideal. Easy walk to town and nearby lighthouse. Would recommend. Thank you for helping make a memorable vacation for my family.

Neighborhood is quiet and those around are friendly. Definitely recommend staying at this location again. Wish I would have stayed in warmer weather to utilize the property to its full potential.

It was exactly what my family was looking for. It was relaxing and private. It allowed us to not feel cramped like a hotel stay, but allowed us to cook and enjoy the relaxing day. If you have a small kid, the golf cart is a must!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Roseanne's house. It was an inviting and comfortable house to spend Easter weekend at. We had a fantastic time.

We loved our stay at Stella Serena. It was close enough to the city to see the attractions, and yet allowed us to end our days in a peaceful, quiet town surrounded by beauty. We had a special treat of a full snow day while we were there, allowing us to enjoy a spectacular view.
