Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

Located in Mühlhausen, the holiday apartment "Residenz unter den Linden Specht" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. This 55 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a fan as well as a washing machine. A high chair is also available.

We offer you: a separate small kitchen (fully equipped with fridge, microwave, ceramic hob) and a bathroom with tub, as well as a room with a new box spring bed (140 × 200 cm), TV, Wi-Fi, large wardrobe and seating for dining.

The accommodation is oriented to the garden. A large terrace and the garden can be used by the guests. Access to the apartment is through the garden. Bright, friendly attic apartment. There is a double bed and a travel bed for toddlers in the bedroom and a couch in the living room. In the spacious kitchen can be eaten in cozy round. In the bathroom there is a bathtub with shower partition. The apartment is located in my mom's house. She takes care of the key exchange and shows you where everything is located. When booking with a dog, an additional €5 per pet per night will be charged.

Hi, Our 50m² gem is located on the ground floor of our house. The living room leads to the courtyard and a very large, green garden, with chickens & rabbits. As sleeping arrangements, you have a 1.40 m wide bed and a travel cot for children. Children and pets are welcome. Here and there it can get a little louder, as we have 2 small children ourselves. There is free parking right outside the house.
