The house is the ideal solution for a couple with or without children who, thanks to the double bathrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room, can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short flight of about ten steps. I live a few steps from Alice's House and am available for any request or information. A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. CadeFe is a small loft in the center right in front of the station. It is located on the 4th floor of an old building without an elevator. Quiet and bright, you will be pampered in a warm atmosphere. Small terrace overlooking the old courtyards and skylight on the rooftops frequented by seagulls. You are 3 minutes from taxis, buses, and trains. You are 3 minutes from the market and from the top of the pedestrian street with a pharmacy, bar, restaurants, shops, and museums. From here, in another 15 minutes you are on the promenade by the sea and boarding tourist ferries.
