The two rooms measure about 40m2 and the outdoor area in the yard and garden is gladly used. The mini kitchen with small fridge and two hotplates is well equipped for an extensive, warm breakfast. The location is absolutely central, close to the lake, close to the old town of Konstanz and an ideal starting point for bike shopping bathing sightseeing tours.

Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. It is also a great starting point for excursions to the beautiful surroundings and interesting destinations. Even in autumn and winter! It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here you can transfer to Meersburg by ferry - and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A beautiful long riverside path or the free, direct bus (approx. 20 min.) leads to the old town.

There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.
