Leisure opportunities are in the immediate vicinity and in 5 minutes you are in Konstanz. P.S. A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

Charming and cozy country cottage

We are Rosa and Dieter and rent a small, cozy cottage, 50 m² with three separate rooms. The house was built in 1800 and is the older part of a semi-detached house. The rooms are cozy 1.85 to 2.05 m high. The shower and toilet are 1.8 m², small! The kitchen has 4 hobs and an oven underneath. Shopping is available in Siegershausen and in Berg 2 -3 km away. Lake Constance and Konstanz can be reached in 10-15 minutes, also by public transport.
