Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Nice apartment of 34 m2, completely renovated overlooking a garden and a terrace. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and is very quiet. It's very easy to park safely in front of the house. It is very close to an Intermarché (800 m) or a Super U (1 km). A bus (200 m) from the house, allows you to reach the busway that takes you to downtown Nantes. The accommodation is very close to the nursing or physiotherapist school and the banks of the Loire
