We are 30 minutes from Marciac and its festival, 6 minutes from Mirande, 20 minutes from Auch, and 1 hour from Toulouse.

Very quiet environment with unobstructed views of the countryside and the Pyrenees in clear weather. 10 minutes from the Saramon leisure base (swimming lake) 20 minutes from AUCH. Villages and remarkable sites (Castelnau Barbarens, Simorre, Sansan) Numerous hiking and cycling trails. Horse riding for experienced riders nearby. Limited access to the owners' pool, schedules to be defined together.

Charming luxury stone house annexed to the main property in a quiet area, located in the heart of the Gers countryside, 10 min from Auch. The house has 2 bedrooms, each with dressing room, shower room and toilet. A living room with sofa bed and a cocooning corner ideal for daydreaming or reading. A fully equipped and bright kitchen. A covered and intimate terrace with access to the shared swimming pool during the summer. Please note there is no internet access in my cottage.

This small wooden chalet, built on stilts by the owner, is backed by the farm buildings. Well isolated from the cereal farm, you will be surrounded by a small landscaped garden, a vegetable garden, and a small sunflower crop; with private access. It offers unobstructed views of the hillsides of the Gers and access to the old restored washhouse. Right in the heart of the Astarac PNR project, you will discover its biodiversity, architectural and agroecological heritage.
