The cottage is on the ground floor, on one level of approximately 30 m2. Access from the common courtyard with our home. It is located in a small cul-de-sac, quiet. It's cool in the summer. Ideally located close to the train station. The large garden is shared with our house (see map in photo). It is wooded, secure and closed. Within a 10-minute walk: SNCF and bus station, bakery, tobacconist, convenience store, landscaped banks of the Gers and a park of more than one hectare. Pets welcome.

Charming luxury stone house attached to the quiet main property, located in the heart of the Gers countryside, 10 min from Auch. The house includes 2 bedrooms with each dressing room, shower room and toilet. A living room with a sofa bed and a cocooning area ideal for daydreaming or reading. A fully-equipped and bright kitchen. An intimate covered terrace with access to the shared swimming pool in summer. Please note that there is no internet access in my cottage.

This little cocoon will guarantee you a peaceful and 100% Auscitain stay.

We are renting out this T1 bis, ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to all amenities. Our accommodation has just been completely renovated and has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, connected TV, Tassimo coffee maker and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. You will be a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Auch and will have private (free) parking spaces on site. We'll be happy to host you.

Hi 👋🏻, We would be happy to host you in our mill, nicknamed the MoulinDeTroyes and freshly renovated. For a few days, come and relax and enjoy our beautiful city of Auch. Various activities are available to you, including a private on-site jacuzzi, farm tours, walks in the city center You could also let yourself be seduced by the magnificent sunrise and sunset from our panoramic living room. The mill sleeps four people max.
