In a small town (population 6000) surrounded by fields and the forest this family home is perfect for visiting the region. The house was recently built and is located at the end of a private access road in a residential area. The garden has fencing all round and there is a sunny back garden patio with BBQ. There are many local sites to visit as well as an outdoor public swimming.

Nearby, fishing is practiced in the pond, the Loire or the Orléans Canal.
