We have an AMAZING house in a quiet neighborhood, and we will happily accept your reservation if you can commit to the following: 1) Zoning regulations limit us to rent to a maximum of 5 individuals who are unrelated to each other. Families (and couples) have no such limitation. 2) Quiet hours from 8pm-8am. Due to recent renters’ excess noise at night, we have adopted a STRICT "bring it inside at 9 pm" rule. Partiers, kindly look elsewhere. 3) Regretfully, we can not accommodate pets.

It has an efficiency kitchen, with small sink and counter top,as well as a fridge. The tree house is equipped with heat/air and electricity. Located on the way to Rocky Mountain NP, directly across from Rocky Grass There is a full size pull down Murphy bed which sleeps two , the fairy loft sleeps one.Total occupancy two people maximum !
