We stayed one night in Midelt as an intermediate stop between Fès and Merzouga, and this choice turned out to be perfect. The apartment is huge, super clean and tidy, ideal for resting and recharging before traveling to or from the desert. The area is quiet and well-served, with the Aziz-pizzeria restaurant within walking distance, great for an exceptional dinner (highly recommended!). The host, Ali, was very helpful and quick to respond to our requests, making check-in simple and fast. Ultimately, a great logistical solution, functional and comfortable, which we recommend to those looking for an efficient but also pleasant stop in a Moroccan road trip.

Ali always made sure we were well and we have everything we need! He even gave us the better room spontaneously. He was also very communicative and told us a lot about the area and showed us how to typically prepare a mint tea. Thank you so much for the gas friendship dear Ali!
