This completely private studio apartment, with it’s own entrance, is located in the walk-out basement of our family home. It has a fully stocked kitchen, a large screen TV, and a washer and dryer.

Enjoy a stylish & cozy stay at this centrally located rental. A great midpoint between SLC and Ogden ski & hiking areas. Safe neighborhood with a private entrance. 15 min from the airport & downtown SLC. We have young kids, so expect some daytime noise, stomps & play. They settle by 9 PM. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You are a short drive away from Downtown, SLC airport, Lagoon amusement park, and easy access to the highway. This house also offers a huge screen theater experience to entertain the whole family. Bedrooms also have their own smart TVs. FYI: There is a ladder to climb to the loft. NO STAIRS! You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!
