House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house that was renovated in 2023 and offers excellent amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next door to our own house. You can use our swimming pool during the summer period from 1 June to 31 October: Mon–Fri, 9:00–11:00 and 14:00–17:00. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The 30m2 studio has a double bed in the living room and a single extra bed on the mezzanine accessible by a ladder. From the house you can directly access multiple beautiful hiking trails.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.
