This 70 m2 air-conditioned gîte consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, etc. You will have a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

The terrace allows you to enjoy a good time with your favorite reading, have breakfast or spend a good evening with the fire pit. The pleasure of a cabin with all the comfort and warmth of a home.
