50 m² apartment ideally located in the heart of the city of Romans, in the historic center with views of the Saint-Barnard collegiate church. Quiet and peaceful street on a pretty square. A stone's throw from Place M. Faure (market on Sunday morning) and the Jacquemard Tower with all the restaurants. My apartment can accommodate 4 people including a suite with a 140 bed and a bathroom and a 160 BZ sofa bed in the living room. Very bright apartment with fully equipped open kitchen.

Nice 50m2 with garden: historic heart of Romans

The apartment is located a 5-minute walk from the Collégiale Saint Bernard de Romans, in the very centre, close to bars and restaurants. It has the special feature of being located below my own home. It is completely independent and overlooks a small garden that is directly accessible from the apartment. It is an ideal base for exploring the region. The accommodation was refurbished a year ago. It can accommodate two people (and a child – a cot is available on request).
