Former oil mill turned into a dwelling house at the entrance to the village. Detached house with enclosed courtyard, 38 m² terrace and 40 m² sheltered garden with garden furniture, sun loungers and solar shower. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room and terrace, living room and toilet. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with dressing room and a bathroom (walk-in shower and 150 cm bathtub) + toilet.
