Take a break in this small, peaceful and cosy furnished apartment, ideally located at the crossroads of the 3 lakes, 20 mn from Annecy & Aix les bains, 60 mn from Geneva and 10 mn by car from Rumilly (restaurants, cinema, shops, and its leisure center/water park, karting). The first ski resorts are about 35 mn away by car with the Semnoz (downhill and cross-country skiing, summer tobogganing) and the Margeriaz (downhill skiing), 1h from Grand Bornand or La Clusaz & 2.5h from the major resorts.

Small slice of heaven 42 m². Rated 4*. Outdoor space.

A 4-star furnished apartment, 42 m2, arranged by an interior designer. The decor is neat in a contemporary "Mountain" spirit. The accommodation is comfortable and functional and also has private outdoor spaces. Ideal for 2 people (Not suitable for babies and young children). The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

Charm and calm between lakes and mountains

Quiet and natural, change of scenery guaranteed! Les Acacias, gite*** is 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Access to the "Acacias" for people with disabilities is provided, please contact us.

Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking and 3kw EV socket

Large fully furnished T2 in a detached house with a separate entrance. It features a large living room with built-in kitchen and sitting area (sofa bed) that overlooks a large wooden terrace. A bedroom with a queen size bed gives access to the bathroom and dressing room. Separate toilet. Possibility of washing machine for stays of minimum 4 nights. Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.
