Dream Catcher

Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking and 3kw EV socket

Small house at the end of the lake

Discover the contemporary refinement of this house in Verthier, 74! The large living room offers a comfortable space, while the two bedrooms and the mezzanine add a touch of elegance. The pretty fully fenced garden completes the package. Lake and bike trails are very close by. A free shuttle to Crest-Voland Cohenoz ski resort is 5 minutes away. The house produces its electricity from solar panels and is heated with locally produced wood pellets.

Located on the shores of Lake Annecy, in Bredannaz (municipality of DOUSSARD), in a small family residence, we rent our 75 m² duplex. On the ground floor: - equipped open kitchen, living room with sofa, TV, stove. This large room opens onto a furnished terrace (deckchair, table and chairs, parasol, barbecue) which overlooks the lakeside road. - bathroom and toilet Upstairs: - 3 bedrooms - a bathroom with toilet and hand basin.

Close to the apartment are many hiking trails with more or less elevation gain. The apartment is located in a small condominium of three apartments, one of which we occupy.

Located at the end of the lake in a nature reserve, you enjoy a public beach at the foot of the house, to swim in a beautiful setting. Large wooden tables are available for a waterfront picnic. It is located near Annecy lake, with a view on mountains, less than 2 km from the beaches, on the edge of the end of the lake. The bike path around the lake passes at the foot of the house. The apartment offers large living spaces with a decor combining raw concrete, oak and metal.
