In the ancient village of Orturano, we offer a two-room apartment on two floors overlooking a large stone terrace "la Loggia Grande" overlooking the Magra valley and its castles, solarium by day and a privileged point for contemplating the starry sky at night. At the center of numerous hiking and mountain biking trails, near medieval villages and towns, 35 km from the Ligurian and Tuscan beaches. The Via del Volto Santo (Bagnone) passes 2 km away and the Via Francigena (Filetto) 4 km away.

At my apartments you don't just rent a place to sleep, but you rent to live an experience, specifically the experience of being on the terrace with that panoramic view.

From Pontremoli to the village of Ponticello

5 minutes from Pontremoli is the village of Ponticello known for its stone tower houses and barrel arches. Inside the village is my accommodation with a separate entrance. The apartment is independent with a lovely balcony where you can dine or sunbathe in complete relaxation. It is 5 km from the Pontremoli tollbooth, 40 minutes from Lerici, 1 hour from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, 55 minutes from Versilia and just over 1 hour from Pisa and Lucca. E-bike rental is available.

Belfortilandia, the small rustic villa

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Ca' La Bròca®

Ca La Broca® is located in Castagnetoli, away from the chaos of the city and framed in the Teglia Valley in the wonderful lands of Lunigiana. Suitable for those seeking peace and quiet in contact with nature, which dominates the medieval village. The A15 Pontremoli exit is 6 km away, connecting La Spezia and the subsequent marvelous Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Levanto and other noteworthy tourist resorts on both the Ligurian and Tuscan coasts in 30-40 minutes.

Renovated in 2024, the property is totally independent. It consists of two floors, one of which is barrier-free and therefore fully accessible to people with disabilities and the elderly. 'La Casetta Bianca' is in the middle of 13 hectares of uncontaminated land and woods where you will enjoy the view of the Taro valley,the trekking tracks but also the vicinity of the WWF oasis ' Ghirardi ',the Bardi and Compiano castles. To reach us,from Piazza Farnese in Borgotaro,you take the direction towards Monticelli ( 2 km),you go across this small town and keep driving on the white road for approx 1 km,and you will be there!
