Orren cabin med ski inn and out

Flott hytte med 3 soverom. Hovedsoverom. 180cm seng. Soverom 2 - 120cm og 75cm seng. Soverom 3- 150cm og 90cm seng. Alle sengene har enkelt dyner, totalt 8stk. . Sengetøy og håndkler må medbringes ved opphold. Hytta må vaskes og ryddes i eget regi etter bruk (vaskemidler m mer finnes på hytta). Utvask kan bestilles, gi beskjed om det ønskes. Som svensk statsborger gis det rut/ rot fradrag. . Det er en 50» smart tv, ps4 samt Apple tv i stua og en 32» tommer smart tv på hemsen. Det er kaffetrakter, brødrister, stavmikser, vannkoker, mikrobølgeovn, riskoker, kjøkkenvekt, kjøkkentilbehør, kasseroller osv. Utendørs er det gassgrill som kan benyttes. Sluttstäd av hytta kan bestilles for Kr.2000( gi beskjed i god tid). Rut avdrag er mulig for svenske statsborgere, men da må Städtjänsten ha navn, adress, personnummer osv. Rut fradrag gjør at leietager betaler kun 50% (1000kr)- faktura direkte fra Städtjänst. Om man ønsker vaske i eget regi, tilkommer kontrollgebyr kr 350 for ekstern kontroll slik at vi har kontroll på rengjøringen før neste gjest ankommer. Håper på forståelse for det. Summer cottage/cabin at Grundsjön

Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning should be done before you check out and should be thoroughly done, for example, vacuum, dry the floors, dust the bathroom and the kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included to the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

A short walk from Soltorget and just over 100 meters from ski slopes that take you down to the Gondola or brand new six chairlift Top Express. The cottage is also located in direct vicinity to Branäs cross country ski tracks. 5 bedrooms, 14 beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, sauna, charging box for electric car. Check-in/checkout Sundays and Thursdays during ski season Final cleaning can be purchased for SEK 1250 with rut deduction (Swedish personal number is required). Otherwise SEK 2500.

Modern and cozy cottage in Mattestorp on Branäsberget, with wonderful views of the Klarälven river. Spacious and peaceful accommodation, in the middle of nature. The cottage has 10 beds, well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, furnished patios and barbecue. Spacious sqm with ground floor and loft. Open plan for kitchen and living room with fireplace. Four bedrooms of which double beds in two of the rooms, two bunk beds in one room and double bed in the upstairs loft. Two bathrooms, sauna, dishwasher, washing machine and drying cabinet.

Put the car and enjoy amazing Branäs. This is the cabin to hang in. Spring-Summer - Autumn: Enjoy cycling, fishing, swimming in Klarälven , hiking and berry picking in the area. Restaurant and store are open during high season. Winter: Have access to the entire ski system and everything they mean. Ski in/out of snow (otherwise 150 m to system) It is located in beautiful environment overlooking the west side of Branäsberget. Customers clean up after themselves. Bed linens can be rented for SEK 200/p if you book well in advance.

House / cottage in Höljes

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Here you live without neighbors and you have a magical view of Klarälven and the forest. The house has a separate kitchen and living room as well as two bedrooms. The house is located about three km from Höljes where there is a grocery store. There is a short route to several ski resorts. The closest is Branäs (35 minutes), Trysil and Sälen (50 minutes). In addition to the house, there is also a small cabin with two beds that you can sleep in during the summer.

The cabin has 13+2 beds, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with sauna) and spacious kitchen/living room as well as a loft living room. In addition, there is a large terrace, where you can rent a private hot tub, a wood-fired hot tub, as well as a private barbecue hut. Cozy 19th century cottage with barbecue area in the best south facing position and convenient walking distance to the gondola. There is a toilet with shower, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, wifi, drying cabinet and wood-burning stove for extra cosiness. Two bunk beds and sleeping loft. On the property there is a barbecue area overlooking Branäsberget and in the outhouse there is a sauna. You park smoothly right by the house.

Här får både din egna och bästa polarens familj plats att umgås efter dagens äventyr i backen, skogen eller på Klarälven. Två fräscha badrum där det ena har en liten bastu(2-3 personer), torkskåp, tvättmaskin med inbyggd tumlare, braskamin, Wi-Fi, tv med Netflix och fina utrymmen för att spela sällskapsspel.
