Beim Bau wurde bewusst auf heimisches Holz und regionalen Stein gesetzt. Eigentümer und Betreiber sind in Brand aufgewachsen und kennen das Tal seit Kindheitstagen. Diese tiefe Verbundenheit zur Region spiegelt sich im Stil des Hauses, der Atmosphäre und im Umgang mit unseren Gästen wider immerzu. „Berge spüren“ ist unser Versprechen!

Apartment MountainView

Das Apartment MountainView am Fuße des berühmten Brandnertals wurde im Herbst 2024 umfangreich modernisiert und wartet nun auf deinen Besuch! Das Apartment ist infrastrukturell perfekt angebunden. Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

A cozy nest to enjoy small moments and to experience great adventures. Ideal location for for skiing, mountainbiking, hiking and relaxing. Close to the Brandnertal skiing & hiking resort and the Brandnertal Bikepark.

12erHuus Loft

Die ‚12er Loft‘ befindet sich im Obergeschoss des '12er Huus' und besticht durch einen großzügigen Wohnraum. Die hohen Räume, der sichtbare Dachstuhl und der Kaminofen bieten ein unvergleichbares Ambiente in heimeliger Atmosphäre. Die vollausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen Getränkekühler. Die Wohnung bietet zwei Zimmer mit eigenen Bädern. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Gäste-WC mit Waschmaschine. Der überdachte Balkon mit Sitzlounge lädt dazu ein, die frische Bergluft und die Aussicht zu genießen.

Here, where fox and deer literally say good night, is our newly built holiday home with a feel-good factor. Each of the 3-4 bedrooms captivates with exceptional views. Accents, but also a beautiful, simple design, characterized by natural materials and sustainability are very important to us. A place to feel good and recharge. Studio 154 is adjacent to Hus 154.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

GöttiFritz - 360-degree views with breakfast

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Brandnertal Vacation Rental

In the middle and yet secluded is our lovingly furnished apartment, Bike'n'Board Lodge. Right at the entrance to the village at Schliefwaldtobel and only a 10-minute walk from the center of Brand. The large balcony, as well as the chill-out barbecue garden, which is for your exclusive use, invites you to linger, whether after a ski tour in winter, a great hike or a magnificent bike day in summer. Enjoy the view of the magnificent mountains.

In the midst of a climbing paradise, at the foot of impressive rocks and mountains and the view of the "Bürser Plate," you will experience wonderful and relaxed vacation days in a quiet, yet very central location. In less than 10 minutes' walk you can reach the Bürser Schlucht, a top-class local recreation area. The access to the climbing gardens is less than 5 minutes.

House in Walenstadtberg. The accommodation can be used by 3 to 11 people. Experience a unique, spacious and family-friendly accommodation 200 m² with sauna and gym. Private house with fantastic views of the Swiss mountains. Different designed rooms await you. The large, open kitchen has a cozy dining area. The beautiful lounge with excellent mountain views makes breakfast, lunch or dinner a unique experience.

Our new chalets offer generous space for 2 to 6 people. On the ground floor there is the modern kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with shower / double sink, a separate toilet and a bedroom with a double bed. On the gallery you will find a fantastic view to the mountains and enough space to linger in the cozy seating area. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms with a view to the forest.

Mini-Villa im Grünen und doch zentral. Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub, um im Appenzellerland zu entspannen und St.Gallen und Appenzell zu erkunden. Auch als Hotelalternative für Geschäftsreisen sehr gut geeignet. Kostenlose Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück und schnelles Internet stehen zur Verfügung.
