Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Die Wohnung die ich an meine Feriengäste vermiete, befindet sich in einem denkmalgeschützten von Sprecher-Haus aus dem Jahre 1677. Ein Sitzplatz, im einsehbaren Innenhof direkt vor der Wohnung, in schöner Nachbarschaft von Stallgebäude und Patrizierhaus, ist Nutzniesser meiner Freude am gedeihen der blühenden Natur.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses und wird über die gemeinsame Haustüre und das Stiegenhaus erreicht. Für Menschen mit mehr als 185 cm Körpergröße könnten die Türhöhen und die Dachschräge ein Hindernis sein. Wir wohnen in ruhiger Lage.
