Liebe Gäste, ich bin beruflich häufig nicht zuhause und biete in dieser Zeit mein zauberhaftes Loft an, das durch seine ruhige Lage zum Relaxen und Entspannen einlädt. Neben einem leckeren morgendlichen Kaffee bietet die Wohnung viel Licht in tollen Fabrik Flair. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit einem großen 1,80x2,00m Bett und einem gemütlichen Schlafsofa. Ihr habt zudem Internet in Glasfaser Geschwindigkeit (100Mbit) und einen Flat TV. Gästehandtücher sowie Bettzeug sind vorhanden.

Sie befindet sich neben unserem Wohnhaus und ist mit einer sehr gehobenen Ausstattung eingerichtet.Sie hat Platz für max. 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Auf unserem Hof haben wir einen Hund, Hühner, Laufenten und Kaninchen, sowie jede Menge Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Die Sauna-Nutzung ist für 20 € möglich. Gäste die nur eine Nacht bleiben, zahlen einen Aufpreis von 20€

My place is close to Kastanienallee, on the 5th floor without an elevator and a nice view of the TV Tower. You have beautiful views and sunsets over a park and the roof tops through 2 big windows with french balconies. There are lots of south facing windows and a balcony to the backyard (officially a fire rescue balcony. So please be sure not disturb the neighbors!) The Area is full of bars, restaurants and clothing shops, and on weekends there are grocery and fleamarkets close by.

Reason for the location which is great to reach anything in this fast growing City of Berlin. The space and atmosphere have a happy synergy and a work / life balance for itself. I love it here - it is usually my office . We have 2 big flat screen TV screens with Amazon Prime, Netflix a sound system with Spotify and an open fire place to calm down.
