La demeure est située sur une propriété ( 5000 m2 environ) aménagée en terrasses ( olives, blés anciens, potager ) auquel vous aurez accés .Située à 7 kms au nord de Bastia dans le village de San Martinu sur les hauteurs, l'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir le Cap Corse et la Haute Corse. Tranquilité et enchantement garanti!

Villa située dans un joli petit village très vivant du cap corse, pas loin de la mer et de Bastia. Vue sur la mer et sur les îles Toscanes. Composée de trois chambres, un salon, une salle à manger, une cuisine indépendante, une salle de bain avec baignoire. Le séjour est équipé d'une télévision écran plat (non visible sur les photos) TNT. Cuisine équipée : gazinière, congélateur, four, lave linge (pas de lave vaisselle). Cette habitation possède un petit jardin et une terrasse.
