A unique country home has finally opened its doors! Le Logis de Courterolles is an independent apartment located on the 1st floor in the former extension of the castle. The apartment consists of a spacious and bright living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. It has an access to a spectacular 8 ha parkland where you can dine outside, enjoy botanical collection of the gardens, artworks and picturesque landscape. Courterolles is an ideal location to visit main attractions in Burgundy.

The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.
