My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Beautiful 2 bedroom house (terrace) new construction in a quiet location. The house has its own parking in front of the house for three cars. The house has a beautiful private terrace of 10m2 and a private garden of 40m2. On the terrace there is a modern rattan garden seating. Very good access to the center of Bratislava 20 min by car and quick connection to the highway in about 5 min. To Vienna it is 1 hour by car. In the vicinity you will find groceries, restaurants, cafes, shops, a pharmacy.

A home away from home!

The house is situated in the charming village of Stupava. Here it has the local facilities that you need; shops, restaurants, park, wellness as well as a local biofarm which is a great place to take the kids! You can also explore the capital city, Bratislava, which is a 25 minute drive away. We are also an hours drive from Vienna, two hours from Budapest and an hour from the Czech border, so plenty in the area to explore! Our house is situated in Bratislava´s quite neighborhood Raca. This area is famous for its rich winemaking tradition. 5 minutes on foot from house one can find big area of wineyards, woods, swimming area suitable for sports activities such as cycling, tracking and swimming. Quality local restaurants, traditional wine cellars and pubs can be found within the same area. Our apartment house is modern, well maintained and suitable for up to 14 people with 5 separate rooms with own bathrooms.

No matter if you are looking for history, gastronomy, or bike/wine paradise, Devin is the place to visit. At this small, yet charming house, located in the very centre of it you can easily discover all of it. Feel free to park your car right next to the house and enjoy the view to Devin castle from the terrace. Your kids are very welcomed, they can watch TV while you are chilling upstairs. We offer you a lodging place and our hospitality in the extension of the detached house, lying in the quiet street of Stupava, with a free car park in front of the house. You enter it through a separate door in the yard. Downstairs, there is an anteroom, a toilet, a kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway with staircase.
