A great spot in the heart of downtown Northampton. We visited to attend the Back Porch Festival, and all events were in easy walking distance. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We hope to visit again!

Nancy is a responsive host who provides clear instructions and offers local recommendations. The apartment we stayed in worked perfectly for our ski weekend at mount snow with 2 teens. Plenty of room and amenities within to foster a fun and relaxed family weekend. The maple syrup for purchase was a delicious touch. Would definitely stay again if we returned to the area.

Beautiful apartment in the center of Wilmington. We own land and have our camper set up in the next town over, but with the cold weather lately, the camper is still winterized. We wanted to come up and get some yard work done and stay locally, and this apartment was the clear winner! Walking distance to our favorite coffee shop, lots of restaurants, my favorite bookstore (!!) and walking trails. Loved the deck- even though it was April and iffy weather, we were able to have takeout dinner outside one night! So grateful that Jennifer allows pets, as we have two dogs and it’s often hard to find pet friendly Airbnb accommodations that are in a good location and as clean as this place! Jennifer was so kind, accommodating and responsive. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great trip- she’s definitely one of the best hosts we’ve had! Thank you for making this week wonderful! We will be back.

Our return trip was just as great as the first time there. The apartment was spotless, the furniture and bedding is very comfortable. Has everything we needed. It is in a beautiful location 10 minutes from Massachusetts and New Hampshire. We feel at home and very safe . Peter is a great host and communicates very quickly. Looking forward to another visit.

The quintessential Vermont Airbnb! Beautiful surroundings, lots of outdoor activities, and easy to get into town with great restaurants. The hosts are very helpful and provide everything needed for a relaxing stay.

Squeaky clean, comfortable and well-equipped with all the kitchen equipment you might need - including sharp knives! Great location - very walkable to “downtown” Northampton, but quiet and peaceful. Kitchen + dining rom downstairs at entry level, with sitting room, bathroom and bedrooms upstairs. Host was very responsive and helpful.

What a charming and peaceful home. It has everything you might need for comfort, cooking and relaxation including a well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and beautiful setting. It’s close to everything but feels private. I would book again if I were in the area.

If anyone is looking for a quiet stay in the country with beautiful views, large apartment, fully stocked kitchen and a comfy bed, then this is the place to stay! The view from the living room is spectacular! We loved our stay here, close to beautiful Manchester VT with its restaurants and bars, art, etc. Mark is very responsive to all questions, even helping us find local music to enjoy during our stay. We especially enjoyed driving through a local farm on the quiet road to the Airbnb, even encountering the mama sow pig and her piglets in the road one time! Thank you Mark and Allison. You are great hosts. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We visited for a quick overnight ski trip but wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment was very clean, cozy and comfortable for our family of four. Even though the apartment was adjacent to the inn, it had its own separate entrance and felt very private. Plus, it had nice housekeeping touches like snacks, coffee/tea/hot chocolate, bottled water etc. which was much appreciated. Added plus was the location… close to town, restaurants, and Mt Snow ski resort. Thank you to the hosts Martin and Meiling for a very lovely stay!

Cheryl and George's place was just right: as advertised, clean, within walking distance to downtown, and it had absolutely everything you'd need for a short or extended stay. They were present on site, friendly, and helpful. If you are in Rutland for any reason and need a home away from home, this is the place.

The place had everything I was looking for. Very peaceful, private and safe 👌🏽 Loved de sound of the river in the backyard and to be able to sit by it and enjoy the sense of peace that it gives. If we could give this spot more than five stars, we would! Every aspect of Jo & Dan’s place showed thoughtfulness and care. From providing robes and flip-flops to get to the hot tub, to the keurig coffee and tea selection, to the movie and game collection, we felt so taken care of. The place was spacious, and the amenities were top notch and up-to-date, but the decor created a cozy atmosphere. The hot tub is big, has fun lights and jets, and was a great way to relax after skiing. The place is even better than the pictures show.

This is a lovely home in a beautiful setting. It is quite close to Stratton and the hosts were all great communicators with a quick response time. I hope to stay there again sometime!

Beautiful and cozy condo with easy access to the ski lifts. Pool and jacuzzi were great after a day of Spring skiing!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Great for a good group of friends. The hot tub situation was absolutely perfect especially for the price. Plenty of Bedrooms. Kitchen has everything that you would need, overall a amazing stay
