Das Studio ist für 2 Personen konzipiert und liegt zwischen Middelkerke Bad und Westende, nur wenige Gehminuten ab vom Trubel. Die Straßenbahn hält direkt hinter dem Gebäude. Es gibt die Möglichkeit mitgebrachte Fahrräder in unserem abgeschlossenen Keller unterzubringen.

Nous vous accueillons dans nos 2 logements dans un endroit calme entouré de verdure , mais très proche des grandes villes , Lille 20 mn , Lens 25 mn, Arras 30 mn . Le bâtiment est indépendant de notre maison . Au rez de chaussée se trouvent le salon, les wc et la cuisine et à l'étage la chambre avec la salle de bain. l option petit déjeuner est possible à 7€ par personne.Nous sommes à 3 km de la forêt de Phalempin . Pour le travail, l'autoroute est à 7 mn . Au plaisir de vous accueillir 😁.

Bienvenue dans le Nichoir, un petit studio indépendant situé au cœur d’un charmant corps de ferme. Doté d’un cachet préservé, ce petit espace unique offre une décoration soignée et une ambiance chaleureuse. Niché sous les mansardes vous découvrirez une chambre accompagnée d’une salle d’eau. Au rez-de-chaussée un toilette, un petit coin cuisine et repas. Petite Info : l’escalier est pentu Profitez de l’extérieur privé donnant sur une cour calme et ensoleillée agrémentée d’une pergola.

Votre gîte se situe en plein cœur du village, dans un ancien verger de 1200 m² entièrement clos. Vous y accédez par notre allée et votre parking privatif se situe à gauche au bout de ce chemin. Sans vis à vis, vous y séjournerez en totale intimité. A 20 km de la mer et au pied des monts du Boulonnais, notre Côte d'Opale est le royaume idéal pour les randonneurs, cyclistes, planchistes et bien entendu les plagistes. Plaisirs et émotions garanties, vos animaux sont les bienvenus :)
