Private and totally independent space of 130 m2 in a quiet preservation area. The splendid sunset of Cacupé is a spectacle that happens every day for the guests. The space has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, covered garage for 2 cars and a simplified canopy (minibar, microwave, kettles, air fryer, plates, cups and cutlery). *ATTENTION*: there is no living room and no full kitchen (only a canopy where it is not possible to cook). This space does not give access to the pool.
