This is our wooden shack, hidden away in our little corner of Norfolk. Stay here and share some of the country idyll that we love. This is a peaceful, remote position, and we treasure the space, nature and peace we’re surrounded by - and hope you will too. The Shack has been built, fitted and furnished using up-cycled, re-cycled, reclaimed, new, old, vintage, shabby, retro, re-purposed or anything different or quirky. We’re constantly adding to it. No telly. Limited WiFi. Time out, guaranteed.

Grooms Cottage in West Norfolk

This cosy cottage has a style all of its own. Formerly, the home of the Groom to the Vicarage horses and is located opposite Stable Cottage. Both one bedroom cottages have recently been renovated to a high standard. Located in the village of Middleton, West Norfolk which is a 20 minute drive to the coast, Sandringham Estate Kings Lynn, Ely and many other attractions The cottage has a new kitchen and bathroom, plus lounge and double bedroom. Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your romantic stay at Bag End Hobbit house. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.

Nutkins Cottage, Little Massingham, Norfolk

A simply stunning new stylish place to kick back and relax. Recently renovated, and set in beautiful North Norfolk. Choose whether to wind down in the hot tub, overlooking the serene countryside or go for a wander through the calming meadows and woodland on the Little Massingham Manor estate. To complete the cosiness of the hot tub, bathrobes and slippers are provided for guests to use. There is an EV charger available to charge your car (payable).

Nestled in the beautiful Norfolk countryside, Mayflower Cottage is a wonderfully unique and charming property. Set at the end of a secluded private lane, it can accommodate up to two guests. The property is situated roughly halfway between the town of King's Lynn and the historic medieval city of Norwich. The gorgeous North Norfolk coast, with 45 miles of unspoilt beaches, is a 35-minute drive away, and the Broads National Park is a 45-minute journey.
