Holiday rentals with a kayak in Breezy Point

very well appointed with everything we needed for gathering with several families. loved the large closet at the entry and having coolers out in the garage!

We came in winter and it was beautiful. They were responsive to our questions and helped us figure out how to get heat to the basement. Turned out great. Would highly recommend.

very nice place to stay. a few more stairs (or steps) then expected (bad knee recent surgery) but we'll worth it. host is beyond responsive and helpful. would definitely stay again. front deck and watching the wildlife (deer and ducks) with My dad made the stay memorable!

My husband & I enjoyed a beautiful Fall weekend. It was peaceful and relaxing by the lake. The house has everything from games to all the streaming services. We had a bonfire as we BBQ. What an amazing time. we can't wait to go back!! Thank you so much! Thalina is an amazing host!

Beautiful and spacious home! It was stocked with everything you would need; kitchenware, towels, extra blankets & pillows, toys and board games. The lake was wonderful for ice fishing. Lisa was responsive and made sure our stay was perfect.

We had a wonderful time; the house is filled with games/toys/all essentials you need! Sherrie checked in with us asking how check in was right away and was very responsive when we needed to communicate. The neighbors and community were also fantastic. We had a great experience.

A group of girlfriends stayed here for a get together and to say we were blown away would be an understatement! The house was even more beautiful than the pictures and has an amazing view of the lake! It was so peaceful to sit and drink coffee, especially with the changing leaves. Chris is very responsive and helpful. They have clear instructions for departure and always willing to help if there is a question. I will absolutely be recommending anyone and everyone to stay here. I, myself, would LOVE to stay again!

Linda’s place was wonderful! Despite a small hiccup at check-in with the lock; Linda was a very communicative host and quickly corrected the small issue. The rest of our stay was fabulous and Linda’s place was exceptional. Small note- be sure to shut the lights off and enjoy a glass of wine or early morning cup of coffee from the amazing chairs overlooking the lake. The full moon and beautiful sunrise made our trip one of a kind!

Beautiful lake and beach! The cabin was very clean, we had use of their kayaks and also a child size kayak that my 4 year old grandson tried out! They also had a canoe, fire pit, chairs and lounge chairs. They even had the fire pit all set up for a fire for us and pulled out a child size chair when they heard we had a 4 year old with us! Sue and Brian were super nice and very welcoming. The cabin deck is attached to their house deck but they have a privacy gate you can pull out if interested but we never felt we needed it. We loved their place so much and we are hoping to come stay again next year!

Molly’s cottage is an ideal place for any travels to the Crosby / Ironton area. It’s situated at the end of the bustling Main Street which is lined with wonderful restaurants. The Red Raven bike shop is kitty corner and the bike trails are accessible. It was a quintessential location for our mountain biking trip to Crosby. Additionally Todd has the place expertly decorated creating a homey, Minnesota experience.

A fantastic place. We couldn’t have asked for anything else during our stay. A very relaxing weekend and a beautiful home.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Northwood Retreat! We've had the pleasure of staying here before with other family members who had booked the property, and we enjoyed it so much that we just had to return. Glen was extremely accommodating and quick to respond when we requested a later check-out time, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The house itself was spacious, spotless, and felt incredibly welcoming, with Glen’s thoughtful instructions making it easy to feel at home. We’ve already decided to make the Northwood Retreat our annual winter getaway, and we’re looking forward to coming back every year. A huge thank you to Glen for graciously sharing your beautiful home with us! We truly appreciate it.

The cabin was perfect for me and my 3 adult children and their SO’s for a weekend “up north.” It seemed to be 10 minutes from everywhere we wanted/needed to go, there was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. Most of use used the kayaks, which was fun. The bay the cabin is on was perfect for that. The kitchen table was big enough for all of us to sit around and play games. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The cabin was very clean and comfortable overall. “Check-in” and “check-out” couldn’t have been easier. We stayed in April, to attend a family wedding in the area, and the price at that of year was very reasonable. Finally, Emily, the host, was friendly, she was proactive in sending us the info we needed, and responsive when to any questions we had.

Leann was great. She answered my questions promptly and gave good information on local lakes to fish including their own lake. Very accommodating as we had a family emergency during our stay and was willing to let us leave early and comp us accordingly. We ended up sticking it out with about half our normal group. The others were on the way but turned around to head home due to unforeseen circumstances. We ended up working out a deal to stay again next year for the same family vacation to help out with the added costs this year due to only having about half the people we were expecting. I would highly recommend. There is a ton of sleeping and if you spend a little extra for the garage space with games, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 10 beds it is well worth it. 5 + star rating. Can’t wait to come next year!

We had such a lovely stay at this cute, cozy cottage! It was the perfect little escape—charming, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the comforts of home. Jill was incredibly kind and accommodating, even offering us the option to check in early and graciously allowing us a later check-out, which made our trip even more relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Cute little cabin for 2. The location was perfect. You get the best of both worlds. Close to town and things to do while also giving the desired private cozy cabin vibes. Victoria was the absolute best host. Very responsive and friendly. She made us feel very welcome.

Wonderful cabin right on the lake. Clean, comfortable, and has all the things you need. It was perfect for our family of four. Just minutes from Cuyuna, the mine likes, an Crosby’s restaurants.

We had a great stay! Our original accommodations canceled the night before our trip up north, and she accepted our trip right away! She was very responsive, overall would stay again!!

It really was what we were looking for. Had plenty of things for the kids to do, and for us all to relax and not have to go a bunch of places to have fun. Very comfortable all the way around. Plenty of space for our family. There was a slight problem with the hot tub, but the host was on it before we even contacted him. It was fixed very quickly and we had no issues after that. Definitely would recommend staying here. I know if we get the chance to get back up to that area, we would stay there again.

Had a wonderful disc golf and fishing weekend up in Breezy Point. The rustic cabin was wonderful, well appointed, and accommodated our group of 7 just fine! the bunk house and second bathroom there was clutch. Great walkable location and a block and a half from the boat launch. Great communication from the hosts.

Wonderful experience and absolutely loved the location. woke up to the lake each morning and loved the giant tub! would definitely recommend
