Beachfront holiday rentals in Breezy Point

My wife and I booked this home for ourselves and 5 other couples (12 people total) and we had a great time! There was plenty of space for us all, and it was the perfect place to connect with our friend group. The main living room was spacious and comfortable to fit all of us at one time. We spent most of our time cooking together, playing games, and doing some hiking in the surrounding area. This home definitely enhanced our great weekend :) The sauna and hot tub are also great amenities, so we always had something to do! Dan and Mona Jo were responsive hosts and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We recommend booking this gem ASAP before somebody else does!

Our stay at the cabin was wonderful, feeling like home on a beautiful lake! The location was private and the cabin was clean and well-equipped for our family. Scott was a great host. Very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend!! Thank you!!!

This home was very comfortable. Everything I needed was provided for me. Melissa communicated with me when necessary. When I had a question, I could always text her and she had an alternate person that I could’ve contacted if necessary. I love staying at Melissa‘s home! This is the third year in a row that I’ve stayed and I like it more each year!

The cabin was exactly what the wife and I were looking for. Quiet, clean and secluded. We loved the sun room and screened porch to avoid the bugs. The grill was a welcomed addition. We would definitely come back. Wonderful place. Also a great place for our dog. Very pet friendly and clean considering. 10/10

We rented Therese's place for an annual cousin get together (13 of us) and it was wonderful having our own bedrooms & SO much space to relax. It was great having the downstairs with the pool table & where the younger cousins slept. The kitchen was massive, with everything we needed. Two refrigerators were a lifesaver. And the fire pit was fantastic! 4 of our cousins flew from Arizona and had never experienced Fall, and they were treated to peak Fall colors and loved hanging out on the dock, enjoying the sunsets every night. The beds were really comfortable, which was great! Our group said they would definitely want to go back here but extend our stay because it was THAT amazing!

We came in winter and it was beautiful. They were responsive to our questions and helped us figure out how to get heat to the basement. Turned out great. Would highly recommend.

This was a very clean and welcoming house, perfect for our girls weekend. There was plenty of room for 10 of us. We loved the view of the lake, watching ducks and even an otter. Excellent flexibility when needing to change the number of guests and great communication. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

It really was what we were looking for. Had plenty of things for the kids to do, and for us all to relax and not have to go a bunch of places to have fun. Very comfortable all the way around. Plenty of space for our family. There was a slight problem with the hot tub, but the host was on it before we even contacted him. It was fixed very quickly and we had no issues after that. Definitely would recommend staying here. I know if we get the chance to get back up to that area, we would stay there again.

Our stay at Sundance Ridge was amazing! From the time we walked in, we felt at home! Mark was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with! We enjoyed using the pool, hot tub and sauna! Love having a fire pit which was perfect for a Fall late afternoon! Great location for an early brisk walk! The condo was very well equiped! I would give it 10 stars! Thank you!

These condos are fantastic! Some are brand-new, and Stuart put us in one of those. The amazing master bath shower and well-equipped, beautiful kitchen were highlights. The location made it easy to run to get bait or to go out for pizza at Zorbaz. Pontoon rental was convenient and waiting at the dock for us. For my elementary-aged boys, the indoor pool and hot tub were huge pluses. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful lake and beach! The cabin was very clean, we had use of their kayaks and also a child size kayak that my 4 year old grandson tried out! They also had a canoe, fire pit, chairs and lounge chairs. They even had the fire pit all set up for a fire for us and pulled out a child size chair when they heard we had a 4 year old with us! Sue and Brian were super nice and very welcoming. The cabin deck is attached to their house deck but they have a privacy gate you can pull out if interested but we never felt we needed it. We loved their place so much and we are hoping to come stay again next year!

The house, beach and lake are lovely. The lake is big enough for ALL the water fun but small enough it's not overcrowded. Clear water, sandy beach, huge flat lawn for games, and plenty of space inside the house for many. Within 10 minutes of stores and 20 minutes of many attractions. The small guest cabin was a perfect space for our parents to escape to for a bit of quiet away from the kids when needed. Communicative hosts who respond quickly and efficiently and then leave you to enjoy your time. Our family of 8 adults, 5 middle school kids and a 1 year old had a wonderful time celebrating a 50 year wedding anniversary and 1 year old birthday.

We couldn’t have loved this property or amenities any more - what a spectacular getaway! We enjoyed our week-long family vacation immensely - with enough space for everyone to spread out but also enough gathering spaces to be able to come together and visit! The yard is beautiful and peaceful, and the lake is breathtaking! So crystal clear and more loons than I’ve ever seen in my life! We enjoyed taking the pontoon for family joy rides around the lake, visiting the sandbar, and fishing - don’t even get me started on the fishing! Nearly every cast pulled something in! Our little kids had a blast catching small pan fish right off the dock! We caught a few keepers a little farther out, but we just enjoyed catching so many! We made great use of the paddle boards and kayaks - as soon as someone got back another would load up and take off! The hot tub was a great way to warm up at the end of the day or hang out and visit into the night! All-in-all we could not recommend this enough!

Our family had a fantastic time at this cabin! This place was the cleanest and most well-stocked rental we’d ever stayed at. The grill was awesome and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was just as described (or better!) and very comfortable. Dylan was very responsive to anything we needed. This is an absolutely beautiful property and a very special place! We hope to come back next summer!

We had a great few days at Todd’s. The property manager next door was super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Water and beach are the biggest draw for us, especially with small kids and it was perfect. We will be back!

We are returning guests and really enjoy staying at this home. Everything met our expectations and the fenced yard for the dog was great! Heather is an extremely responsive and gracious host!
