Situato nel cuore del piccolo caratteristico paese di Gandria, sorge uno dei primi alloggi per i forestieri del secolo scorso. Il luminoso e ampio appartamento di circa 80 mq è adatto a coppie e famiglie che cercano un po’ di relax e una pausa dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni. The house is located in Brienno, an ancient medieval village typical of Lake Como. Brienno is a very quiet and peaceful village, ideal for enjoying the peace and tranquility that only the lake can offer. The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, including fresh and fragrant bed linens, towels, all kitchen amenities, and of course, Wi-Fi. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.
