Unser charmantes Apartment im „Shabby Chic Stil“ bietet auf ca. 70 qm drei gemütliche Schlafzimmer und eine großzügige Wohnküche mit Balkon für bis zu 6 Personen . Hier könnt ihr gemeinsam kochen, entspannen und gesellige Abende verbringen. Das Apartment befindet sich in der zweiten Etage unseres Wohnhauses in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung am Fuße des malerischen Berges „Niedere“ (um die Ecke vom Gleitschirmlandeplatz). Wir leben im Erdgeschoss mit 8-jährigen Sohn, unserer Hündin und einer Katze.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).
