All I want for my vacation is a spacious and clean place, with a terrace, new furniture, good beds, cosy bedding and comfortable mattresses, super equipped kitchen, loads of sunlight and absolutely amazing views of the bay and the sea. I want a quiet and peaceful area to unwind, relax and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of my day. A garage, fireplace, floor heating, air conditioning - why not? Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
